Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for returns.

  • You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your items.
  • Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the return authorization.

Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
