Where have my points gone?

The Beast has listened to you and the League is no longer what it once was. Points no longer remain, but they have not been forgotten. Your previous points have been exchanged for a multitude of offerings that the Beast proves you loyal of. Offerings that are greater than what your previous points would have amassed to.

Members with points should have received a discount voucher to use on the site. If you have not received a discount voucher, and feel you should have, please contact support@theleagueofdarkness.co.uk.

Furthermore, members shall enjoy free shipping on all orders from the League of Darkness forthwith, as well as priority access to tickets, special surprises, and secret cocktails. Valued point holders will also be entered into a competition to win a special prize. The full details remain shrouded in mystery - for now - but watch the shadows closely, for more shall be revealed soon…

Why can't I find an item that I've seen advertised?

Quite simply, it likely flew off the shelves. We try our best to only advertise products that are well in stock at that time, but sometimes they do sell out in record time. Please keep your eyes on our socials for new launches!

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

We really hope you cherish every League of Darkness item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. Contact Support to process your return and advise on next steps.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. 

Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received your refund/exchange. Once your return has been received, we’ll send an email to notify you that we’ve got your return, confirming the approval or rejection of your refund - please note UK returns can take up to 14 working days to reach us. If your refund has been approved, this will then be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.
